Timothy Michael Lewis, Jr., 21, of Orange, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2017, following a tragic accident while trying to help his brother during Hurricane Harvey.  Funeral arrangements were made under the direction of Dorman Funeral Home.

On October 14, 1995, Tim was born in Port Arthur, Texas, to parents Stacy Peltier and Timothy Michael Lewis, Sr.  Tim grew up in Orange, Texas, and attended West Orange Stark High School.  Following High School, Tim worked for 4 years at Carl’s Jr.., as a cook. When he wasn’t at work, Tim enjoyed fishing and crabbing.  Tim was described as a young man with a quiet temperament and caring personality, who dearly loved his family and did all he could to take care of them. Tim was a son, brother, nephew, and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.

Those who will cherish Tim’s memory most are his aunt, who raised him as if he was her own, Margaret Vidrine, of Orange, Texas; father, Timothy Michael Lewis, Sr.; mother, Stacy Peltier; grandmothers, Patricia Ann Allison and Glenda Yates; brothers, Adrian Lewis and Tyler Lewis; sister, Tierra Lewis; and numerous members of extended family and friends.
