Annie Elouise Perkins

Annie Elouise Perkins, age 100, of Orange, Texas, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2024, in Beaumont, Texas.  The funeral service honoring Annie will be held at Dorman Funeral Home at 12:00 PM, Thursday, March 28, 2024.  Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Dorman Funeral Home.  Interment following the services will be held at Bland Cemetery.  

Annie was born in the Thicket, on July 31, 1923 to parents Laura Louise Frederick Peco and London Lloyd Peco.  She met and married J.D. Perkins on December 11, 1943.  They had four beautiful children, Elizabeth Perkins Hudson, Carol Bruce Perkins, Dianna Perkins Simmons and Donald Perkins (dec. September 16, 2021), six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, 10 great great grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews and other loving family and friends. They both  loved to travel and see the mountains and the beautiful scenery.  So our Daddy retired, sold their home and they stayed on the road traveling with many friends until they were unable to travel any more.  She was a loving wife, a wonderful stay at home Momma and Maw Maw who will be dearly loved and missed by those who knew her.

Pallbearers honoring Annie will be Anthony Smith, Trevor Keenon, Matthew Williams, Michael Williams, Tyler Perkins and Hunter Perkins.
