Betty Jane Alford Hogg

Betty Jane Alford Hogg passed away on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at her home surrounded by those who loved her. She was born on February 21, 1933, and raised in Paris, TX by Frank and Peggy Owens. Betty carried herself through Stark High School and Paris Jr. College and moved through life with beauty, poise and dignity that captured the heart of her husband of 64 years, Fred Steve Hogg. Betty valued independence and brought into her professional life at First City Bank the same dedication and friendliness that drew people to her.

Wholly devoted to her family, Betty is survived by her husband, her children; Karen LaRee and Lynn & Rene, his wife; grandchildren Garrett & Jessica, his wife, Gunter and Elissa; numerous nieces, nephews and countless others too numerous to name but equally adored.

A graveside service will be held at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at Forest Lawn Orange with Rev. Ryan officiating.
