Charlene A. Johnson, age 59 of Orange, Texas, passed away on Thursday, December 21, 2017 in Beaumont, Texas. Services to honor Charlene's life will be at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at West Orange Christian Church in Orange, Texas with Brother Bobby Granger officiating. Interment will follow at The Cemetery in Mauriceville, Texas. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Dorman Funeral Home.

Charlene was born in Jennings, Louisiana on October 7, 1958 to Jean Edna Miller Swiere and Eugene Louis Swiere, Jr. Charlene was a loving mother, wife, sister and friend, who will be missed by all that knew her. She enjoyed growing beautiful flowers and plants. She loved the outdoors and fishing.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Jean Swiere, Jr. and a brother, Robert Swiere.

Survivors include her husband Johnny Johnson of Orange, TX. Daughters; Shannon Hughes of Mauriceville, TX, Christie Hughes of Pinehurst, TX and Jamie Johnson of Vidor, TX. Son, John Johnson and his wife Jennifer of Spring, TX. Two brothers, Kenneth Ray Swiere of Port Arthur, TX and Ronald Swiere and his wife Nelda of Orangefield, TX. Two sisters, Debra Granger and her husband Raymond of Orangefield, TX and Tawana Taylor of Bridge City, TX. Two granddaughters, Amber Grimes and Hailey Grimes.
