Donald "Don" Glen Morris

Donald "Don" Glen Morris, age 55 of Orange, Texas, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at his home. Services to honor Don's life will be held at 2:00 PM on March 3, 2018 at Dorman Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Kennie Molanders officiating. Interment will immediately follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Orange, Texas. Family and friends will gather for visitation two hours prior to the service in Saturday at Dorman Funeral Home.

Don was born in Orange, Texas on December 19, 1962 to Mae Fontenot Morris and Jerry L. Morris. He graduated from West Orange Stark High School in 1981. Don worked for many years as a machinist in the SETX area. Don spent a great deal of time growing a garden to share with family and friends. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry L. Morris.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Mae Morris of Orange, Texas, daughter Stephanie Roy and her husband Brandon of Bridge City, Texas and two sons; Donald Glenn Morris, Jr. of Rochester, New York and Christen Lee Morris of Galveston, Texas. One brother Jerry Morris and his wife Rhonda of Orange, Texas and sister Elizabeth "Beth" Morris of Orange, Texas. Two granddaughters, Taylor Roy and Kailyn Roy.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Roy, Skylar Hunter, Justin Cook, J.L. Morris, Mark Pachuca and Mike Adair.
