Ernie was friend to myself and my family, I remember taking my grandsons don to his house while on a walk and he would give them Nutty Buddys, They just loved Mr Ernie.
I will miss our conversations sitting in my courtyard, sitting by the pool. Ernie and I would solve the worlds problems during those talks... He will be sorely missed by myself and my family.. Prayer to you Vickie and the family

Love from the Church Family, (Bud, Holly CHurch and Gabriel, Emerson, Sawyer Coward.

Ernest was a very good friend to my brother Tommy Monroe.. I last saw Ernest at Tommy's funeral a couple of years ago. Butch and I thought the world of Ernest. Butch wanted me to convey that Ernest was like a big brother to him. When Ernest would come to our home in Riverside to pickup Tommy so that they could head across the river, he always smelled so good! Back then he was wearing Aqua Velva. There were times when I'd see it on the stores shelves and would take a whiff of it just to remember how good he smelled. I guess I always kinda had a crush on him. He will be sorely missed. So glad he's in heaven with Tommy now so that they can talk cars to their heart's content. Ernest, may you rest in peace/
