Joseph Arthur Wagner, Jr.

Joseph Arthur Wagner, Jr., age 72 of Bridge City, Texas, surrounded by his loving family passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018 in Houston, Texas. Family and friends will gather to celebrate Joseph's life from 3:00 to 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Dorman Funeral Home.

Joseph was born in Bridge City, Texas on March 11, 1946  to Grace Gertrude Wagner and Joseph Arthur Wagner, Sr. He worked many years in the refineries.  Joseph was a sports enthusiast with a particular love for the Pittsburg Steelers and the Houston Astros. He enjoyed his family vacations and going camping. Joseph loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren that he loved so much.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Grace Wagner, Sr. and two sisters, Ruth Hanks and Violet Floyd.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 41 years, Kathy Wagner, two sons, Christopher Joseph Wagner and his wife Amber of Orangefield, TX and Joshua Wilson Wagner and his wife Ashley of Mauriceville, TX, one sister Della Leonard of Groves, TX and five grandchildren; Albany Marie Wagner, Kymber Lei Wagner, Caedmon Joseph Wagner, Jaina Rene Wagner and Kathryn Leia Wagner.
