Joseph "Jody" Hollis Walton, age 45 of Orange, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at his home. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

Jody was born in Houston, Texas on December 1, 1971 and was raised in Orange. He graduated from LCM in 1991 and was a craftsman for Fine Line Cabinets. Jody loved spending his past time fishing.

He is preceded in death by his father, John Walton and a sister, Nissy Ferguson.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Eric Justin Corbell of Beaumont, TX and daughter, Barbara Silva of Orange, TX and mother, Theresa Walton of Brandon, MS, three brothers; Randy Walton and Misty of Vidor, TX, Tommy Walton and Pamela of Tatum, TX, Don Walton & Pamela of Orange, TX. One sister, Jeanette Kees and Jerry of Byram, MS. Four nieces; Ashley Loggins, Chelce Walton, Nikkie Walton and Mary Coleman. Two nephews, Brandon Walton and Kevin Walton. As well as many close friends.
