Mark Bryant Smith

Mark Bryant Smith, age 35, of Orange, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. Arrangements were made under the direction of Dorman Funeral Home.

Mark was born on Thursday, October 28, 1982, in Beaumont, Texas to parents, Marci (Callahan) and Marlin Smith. He had been a lifelong resident of Hartburg, Texas and a graduate of Deweyville High School. He was a Christian man with a heart of gold. He loved to fish, hunt and ride four wheelers like any other good ole country boy. Mark was always the life of the party no matter where he went. He was a very funny guy that was very genuine with the sweetest soul. He loved music and was always prepared for a good time. Mark was a father, son, brother, uncle, grandson and friend and he will be forever loved and missed by all who knew him.

Mark is preceded in death by his grandfather, Burt Callahan, that he called "Pop", as well as his step father, Larry Lee.  

Mark is survived by his only son, Ashton Smith; mother, Marci Lee; Granny, Barbara Callahan; Sister, Amanda Revere and husband Brance; Nephews, Kamryn Revere and Kolton Revere and the love of Mark's life, Keisha Smith and his father, Marlin Smith.
