Mary Lee Byrnes, age 69 of Orange, Texas, passed away in Beaumont, Texas on Monday, June 12, 2017. Mary was born in Victoria , Texas on September 18, 1947 to Margaret Bainbridge Warner Hall and  Jay Theron Hall. Mary had been a lifelong resident of Victoria, Texas before moving to Orange, Texas.

She graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelors degree in social work and retired from Victoria Independent  School District and Gulf Bend MHMR. Mary enjoyed gardening and raising beautiful roses. She loved to crotchet and spend time with her three beautiful daughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her daughters; Elizabeth Green and her husband Wesley of Orange, TX, Katherine Byrnes of Orange, TX and Amy Jo SoRelle of Victoria, TX. A sister, Susan Cocker of Victoria, TX. Five grandchildren; Hannah Murphy, Bethany Green, David Green, Morgan Lawrence and Riley Grace SoRelle as well as five great grandchildren.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date to celebrate Mary's life. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association at www.donatenow.heart.org. Dorman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
