Mary Lou Killian Obituary

Mary Lou Killian, age 77 of Orange, Texas, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Friday, October 26, 2018 at her home. Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Monday, October 29, 2018 at Dorman Funeral Home chapel with interment to immediately follow at Ida Wilson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Dorman Funeral Home.

Mary Lou was born on August 13, 1941 to Minnie Bell Says Stewart and Bennie Stewart in Iowa, Louisiana. She enjoyed listening to music, going shopping and casino trips. Mary Lou absolutely loved being a homemaker for her family and was always spoiling her grandchildren.

Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents, Bennie Stewart and Minnie Bell Ashworth, her son Claude "Danny" Daniel Killian, Jr. and siblings; Johnny Gerald Stewart, Grace Juanelle Doyle, Bruce Dennie Stewart, Jack Bennie Stewart, Eldria Jane Hunt and Shirley Jannette Warner.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Claude Killian, Sr., her daughter Annette DeLoach and her husband Rusty of Orange, TX, daughter-in-law Edie Killian of Mauriceville, TX, a brother Jimmy Wayne Stewart and his wife Jeannie of Starks, LA, a sister-in-law and loving caregiver Becky Vanicor of Orange, TX, six sisters; Rosalie Perkins of Starks, LA, Sunny "BeBop" Ford of Starks, LA, Linda Vess and her husband Gary of Livingston, TX, Debbie Sanchaz and her husband Frank of Livingston, TX, Nellie Palmer and her husband Charlie of Livingston, TX and Carolyn Taylor of Baytown, TX, five grandchildren; Shon Craig and his wife Brandy, Doug Craig and his wife Alicia, Kimberly DeLoach, Daniel Killian and Cole Killian; six great grandchildren; Alana Craig, Alivia Craig, Lane Craig, Destanie Monson, Kourtney Baldwin and Mason Butler, one great-great grandchild Natilynn Foster and one to arrive in December.

Pallbearers will be Shon Craig, Doug Craig, Mark Paul, Rusty DeLoach, Ryan Lofton, Luke Herrin and Chad James.
