Myrtle Joyce Burke

Myrtle Joyce Burke, age 69 of Orange, Texas, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018 in Beaumont, Texas. Family and friends will gather for a visitation from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday July 24, 2018 at Dorman Funeral Home.

Myrtle was born in Flomaton, Alabama on February 12, 1949 to Essie Beasley Creamer and Jay Creamer. Myrtle  had been a long time resident of Orange, Texas and loved to be entertained by her little four legged companion, "Tiny". She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Cecil Burke and her parents, Jay Creamer and Essie Capers, her sisters Betty Matthus and Carolyn Gee.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children, William Litz and his wife Beth of Orange, TX and Janice Parker of Orange, TX. One sister, Judy West of Orange, TX, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, And sister Judy West.
