Ramsey "Billy" William Davis, 51, of Orange, TX went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ of Friday, December 15th, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, TX. Grave side service, under the direction of Dorman Funeral Home, will be held at 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at Davis Cemetery, in Bon Wier, Texas; Pastor Rick Burns officiating.  Visitation for family and friends will be held prior from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM, at Dorman Funeral Home.

Born October 7th, 1966, to Ramon and Edith (Lingo) Davis, he was the youngest of four children and graduated from West Orange-Stark High School, in the class of 1985.

In 1997, he earned his Associate of Science in Liberal Arts from Lamar University Orange. He went on to earn his Massage Therapy license from Lamar State College-Orange. He enjoyed his work in massage therapy, home health provider, and physical rehabilitation for years.

His biggest passion in life was his relationship with the Lord. He loved ministering to anyone in need. He never met a stranger and would take time to witness and pray with anyone, anytime, anywhere. He was known for his joyful outlook and laugh. He would give anyone the shirt off his back to do the Lord's work to help others. Anyone who knew him knew how much he loved his wife and daughter. He also had a passion for wood working, unique plants and gardening, aquariums, and ducks. When asked about his health, he would often say with a smile, "I've got my reservations!"

He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Tammy Reddin Davis, and his daughter, his pride and joy, Faithe Davis, his sister, Ramona Davis Cockerham, all of Orange, TX, as well as his half-brother, Lee Tynes of Lumberton, his half-brother, Larry Gibson, of Kirbyville, sister-in-law, Debra Richardson of San Antonio, TX, his best friend of over 30 years, Don Cunningham, of Kentucky, and multiple nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ramon Davis Sr. and Edith Lingo Myers, his brothers, Ramon "Gene" Davis Jr. of Orange, TX and Ira Lee Davis of San Antonio, TX.

Those honoring Billy as Pallbearers are David Lingo, McCarthur Henry, Allan Stewart, Cody Jordan, and Ronnie James; Billy's Honorary Pallbearer will be Henry Holland.
