Richard Clay Sneed, age 68 of Deweyville, Texas, passed away on Sunday, September 3, 2017 trying to help others during the disaster of Harvey. Lifelong resident of orange tx, he decided to move to Deweyville about ten years ago to live a more stress- free, relaxing country life.  Richard enjoyed fishing and collecting guns and knives. He loved spending time outdoors, being with his family & friends and having cookouts.  He had a heart of gold and always tried to help those in need! He will be missed dearly and will forever be in our hearts.
