Barbara Lee Smith

Barbara Lee Longron Smith, age 73 of Bridge City, Texas, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2019, in Beaumont, Texas. A memorial service to celebrate Barbara's life will be held at 5:00 PM, on Saturday, October 5, 2019, at Dorman Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather for one hour prior to the service, on Saturday, for visitation.

Barbara was born on December 23, 1945, to Ethel Richard Longron and Bob Longron. She had been a lifelong resident of Orange County . Barbara enjoyed dancing, laughing, and always having a good time with family, and friends. Barbara loved being an aunt, grandmother, and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Bob Longron and Ethel Richard, and her sister, Pat Lovelace.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Luke Smith and his wife Monica of Deweyville, TX, brother Douglas Longron and his wife, Cindy, of LaPort, TX, two grandchildren, Jacie Hyatt and Brooke Smith, great grandchild, Kylor Hyatt, and many nieces and nephews.
