Bonnie Catherine Green

Bonnie Catherine Dees Green, age 71 of Orange, Texas, passed away on Saturday, December 4, 2021 in Beaumont, Texas. A graveside service to honor Bonnie will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park in Orange. Family and friends will gather for a visitation from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at Dorman Funeral Home.

Bonnie was born in Orange, Texas on August 19, 1950 to parents, Delcye Belle Romero Barrios and Charles Barrios. She graduated from Stark High School in 1969 and was a member of Family Worship Center. Bonnie had a love for 50’s music, especially Elvis and watching her favorite shows on TV. Family was always very important to Bonnie, as she was a loved mother, step mother and grandmother. She loved to go fishing and crabbing with her kids whenever she could. Bonnie was always up for trips to her favorite restaurants with her family or her dear friend Mrs. Brenda Stanley. Bonnie will be greatly missed for her wonderful smile and loving heart by all that knew her.

Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Wayne Green and her parents.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children; Brandon Troy Peveto and his wife Stephanie of Orange, TX, Eston “Preston”  Burnett and his wife Valerie of Orange, TX and Tanya Lunsford and her husband Richard of Orange, TX, step children Tamara Broussard and her husband Joe of Many, LA and Tony Burnett of Orange, TX, thirteen grandchildren; Austin Troy Peveto,Colby Terrell Wayne Peveto, Conner Lee Peveto, Mathew Luke Peveto, Alyssa Taylor, Ashley Lunsford, Cade Burnett, Dalen Guillory, Bailey Burnett, Crystal Burnett, Joe Broussard, Jr., James Brossard and Takota Burnett, ten great grandchildren; Blakley Taylor, Hudson Peveto, Logan Taylor, Adleigh Peveto, Memphis Alan Burnett, Trace Daigle, Caitlyn Daigle, Landyn Broussard, Braedyn Broussard and Kash Broussard.

Pallbearers to honor Bonnie will be Joe Lowery, Richard Lunsford, Eston “Bubba” Burnett, Conner Peveto, Colby Peveto, Austin Peveto, Joe Broussard, Jr. and James Broussard. Honorary pallbearers will be Memphis Burnett and Hudson Peveto.
