David Earl Miller

David Earl Miller, of Orange, Texas, passed peacefully while surrounded by his loved ones on Friday, April 7, 2023, at the age of 72. 

Services to honor David will be held at 10:00 AM, on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Dorman Funeral Home.  Burial will immediately follow services, at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park, in Orange, Texas. Visitation of family and friends will be held from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM, on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at Dorman Funeral Home.

Born February, 11 1951, in San Antonio, Texas, David was the only child of David Lee Miller and Ruby DeVille Miller.  Born a military brat, David had a love and respect for our Military.   After retirement, he enjoyed traveling with the love of his life, wife, Mary.  He also enjoyed spending time with his family grilling on the back deck and fishing whenever he had the opportunity to and looked forward to his weekly dinners with cousin Beau and Rachel and friends Ken and Rose.  Some of his proudest moments involved watching the accomplishments of his grandchildren and to see his grand daughter get married.   David was a wonderful man that never met a stranger and was loved dearly by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, David Lee Miller and Ruby DeVille Miller; cousin, Howard Dobson; stepdaughter, Carrie Kibodeaux

He is survived by his loving wife, Mary LeeBouef Miller; son, Robert D Cunningham and wife April; grandchildren, Ashley George and husband Bryan, Thomas Cunningham, Savanah Milller, Nathan Miller, and Dyllan Garrett; cousin Beau Dobson and wife Rachel and numerous other family members and friends that will miss him dearly.

Honorary pallbearers will be Beau Dobson, Robert D Cunningham, Thomas Cunningham, and Don Maxfield.
