David Peveto, age 61 of Orange, Texas, passed away at his home in Orange on Monday, March 8, 2021. A memorial service to honor David’s life will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, March 21, 2021at Dorman Funeral Home. Family and friends will gather for a visitation from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Dorman Funeral Home.
David was born in Beaumont, Texas on November 2, 1959. David grew up loving horses and the cowboy way of life. He was a team roper and sometimes ventured into riding rough stock. He competed in Texas High School Rodeo Association and later on the college level. He graduated from Sam Houston University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Agriculture in 1983. David made his home in Orange where he was a cowboy and a rancher. He loved to dove hunt and spend time with his twin sons, Kane and Zane. David will be greatly missed by all that knew.
He is preceded in death by his father Charles Peveto.
Survivors include his two sons, Zane Peveto of Bridge City, TX and Kane Peveto of Bridge City, TX, mother Gayle Peveto of Orange, TX, sister Anna Peveto of Orange, TX, nieces and nephews; Mykal and Michael Benefield, Joshua and Addie Romaro, Jakob Brackin, Colby and Kourtney Brackin, Kevin and Jessica Brakin, Scott and Emily Brackin nad Eric and Nat Brackin and many wonderful friends.
