Harriet (BeeBee) Elizabeth Brittain, age 71, of Orange, Texas, went to spend eternity with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, March 22, 2020. Arrangements were made under the direction of Dorman Funeral Home. There will be a Celebration Of Life for Harriet held at a later date.

Harriet was born on Sunday, February 27, 1949, in Orange, Texas to parents, Rose Athea (Cosiau) and John Caroll Greene. Harriet was a lifelong resident of Orange, Texas. Family time was a top priority on Harriet’s list when it came to her favorite things to do. Watching the Dallas Cowboys and the Houston Astros play ball was also among her favorites. Jose Altuve was her all-time favorite Houston Astros Baseball player and she lived for the games. She lived and breathed the Royal Blue of the Dallas Cowboys. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren were the light of her life. After loosing the love of her life for 40 years, Terrell Brittain, she found a new life at the lake, where she spent countless happy days.

Harriet was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, who will forever be loved and missed by all who knew her.

Harriet is proceeded in death by both parents Rose and John Greene, husband Terrell Brittain, sister Katherine Mazzagate, grandson Jackson Simon, and lifelong friend Rex Griffin.

Harriet is survived by her sisters, Becky Greene and Karen Wells, Sharon K. Wingate and husband Larry, Wendy Drapela and husband Mark, Shirley Craft, and brother Lester Brittain and wife Yvonne. Loving children, Rhonda Simon, Gidget Bergeron and husband David, Jason Brittain, Danny Simon and wife Dianne, and Michael Simon and wife Christina. Grandchildren Kolbie Crews and husband Ryan, Hunter Bergeron, Tonya Brittain, Katlyn Vaughn, Brittany Polasek and husband Zac, Klaire Simon, Brooklyn Cooper, and Christian Carrillo. Great-grandchildren Zoey Polasek and Braxton Schlichting. Lifelong friend Carol Griffin.
