Jimmie Louise LaCaze

Jimmie Louise Frederick LaCaze, 83, of Vidor, Texas, passed away at home surrounded by family on Monday, December 31, 2018. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, January 7, 2019, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, at Dorman Funeral Home in Orange, Texas. Funeral services will be at 12:00 PM with Pastor Mike Nichols officiating. Interment will immediately follow services at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park in Orange, Texas.

Jimmie was born on December 8, 1935 to Lucille Harmon Frederick and Leslie Leon Frederick. She lived most of her life in Orange County, Texas and retired as a cashier from Weingartens. Jimmie loved spending time with her family and friends. She also loved to garden flowers and vegetables. She truly had a green thumb. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Jimmie is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Coleman Frederick and Sonny Frederick and grandson Andrew Sharpton. Jimmie is survived by her partner and best friend of 21 years, Charles Blasingame; children, Charles Williams and wife Kristal of Port Arthur, Texas, Tommy Williams and wife Anna of Dayton, Texas and John Gallet and wife Rhonda of Bridge City, Texas; grandchildren, Kristopher Williams and wife Elisha, Theresa Flores, Felicia Williams, Shawn Gallet and wife Kallye, as well as 4 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers honoring Jimmie are, Kristopher Williams, Theresa Flores, Shawn Gallet, Ed Blasingame, Perry Williams and Elisha Williams.
