Obituary
Kenneth Perry Garnett, 75, of Mauriceville, Texas passed away Sunday August 20, 2023 in Beaumont, Texas. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Brushy Creek Cemetery, Louisiana.
Kenneth was born January 19, 1948 in Endicott, NY. He moved to Kinder, Louisiana to be with his grandparents, Lavern Savant Loyns and Dock Loyns during this time he was adopted by his parents, Molly Rae Lyons and Franklin Alphious Garnett. Kenneth joined the Air Force July 18, 1968 and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant June 2, 1972. Kenneth lived in Mauriceville, Texas, where he married his late wife Dorothy Cooper Garnett.
Preceding him in death is his wife Dorothy Garnett; parents, Molly and Franklin Garnett; grandparents, Laverne and Dock Loyns.
Left to cherish his memory is his sister Virginia Ann “Ginger” Garnett of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Kenneth will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
