Lester "Les" Daigle Obituary

Lester “Les” James Daigle, 57, of Orange Texas passed away August 16, 2020. He was born in Orange, Texas on January 18, 1963 to Carol Ann Simar and Colastie Joseph “Jay” Daigle.

He is preceded in death by his parents Carol and Jay Daigle. He is survived by his sister, Jana Daigle of Orange, brother J.T. and Lindy Rudisill of Doyline, Louisiana, nieces Kaylea Daigle of Orange and Jennifer Rudisill of Bossier, Louisiana, nephews AJay Daigle of Orange and Tommy Rudisill of Doyline, as well as numerous loving great nephews that are left to cherish his memories.

Lester was a Christian man who knew that one day he would be with his Lord and Savior. He was a loving Uncle and Brother. Anyone who knew him knew that they would always smile and laugh when he was around. He was a very giving soul, who loved to support the children in this area while teaching them how to market themselves and their animals in the livestock and agriculture industry. He loved working with the Special Angels Rodeo every year. He was on the board for TAN Healthcare to advocate for people to get affordable healthcare. He loved with all of his heart and did everything he could to help people of all ages.

He was part of the West Orange Stark Class of 1981, was the class president, and part of an award-winning debate team. He enjoyed cruising and traveling the world with his family and friends, and recently “walked where Jesus was born and walked” in the Holy Land in November 2019 after being cleared of B-Cell Lymphoma Cancer.
