Stella Hickman Obituary

Stella Louise Hickman, age 74, of Deweyville, Texas, passed away in Orange, Texas, on Sunday, May 7, 2023. Family will be holding a private service at a later date.

Stella was a one of a kind lady. Always one to stand up for what was right, voice her opinions and give advice that will be forever cherished. She will be deeply missed by her family and those that knew her.

Preceding Stella in death is her parents Connie and Mary Newton; daughter, Molly Elmore; grandsons, Dallen Elmore, Dillon Elmore; brother, Sonny Newton, and daughter in law, Ellen Hickman.

Those left to cherish and honor Stella's memory is her son, Wade Hickman; grandsons, Matthew Hickman, Joshua Hickman and Shawn Hickman; granddaughter, Kristin Hickman; sister, Judy and great grandchildren, Paisley Hickman, Kindal Hickman, Gunner Hickman, Brantly Murry, Lyra Hickman, Haven Hickman, Penelope Statum.
