Tammy Renee Gantt

Tammy Renee Gantt “Nana”, age 54, of Vidor, Texas, passed from this life on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. A Memorial Service to honor Tammy’s life will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to, Dorman Funeral Home, in Orange, Texas.

Tammy was born in Booneville, Arkansas on Tuesday, March 7, 1967, to Julie Poole. She was a longtime resident of Beaumont, Texas before moving to Vidor, Texas, where she was known and loved by many. She was a very selfless woman, whom would go without to make sure others had what they needed or wanted. She loved going to the beach to relax and listen to the waves roll up onto the sand. Sitting on the front porch, spending quality time with her children and grandchildren was her very favorite things to do in life. Tammy was a loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother and wonderful friend, who will forever be loved and missed by all who knew her.

Tammy is preceded in death by her mother, Julie Poole.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Shelby Coffey and husband Nathan, as well as, Justin Gantt and wife Charity; sister, Becky Johnson; grandchildren, Rileigh Brown, Tanner Gantt, Justin Coffey, Callan Gantt and Frankye Brown; nieces, Julie McWhorter, Alex McWhorter and Stephanie McWhorter.
