Theresa M. Turner

Theresa M. Turner, 74, of Spotsylvania, Virginia, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023. Services to honor Theresa will be held at 2:00 PM, on Friday, July 21, 2023, at Dorman Funeral Home; Bro. Jeff Bell officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Autumn Oaks Memorial Park. Visitation of family and friends will be held from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM, on Thursday, July 20, 2023, at Dorman Funeral Home.

Theresa was born in Virginia, on July 20, 1948, to Virginia and Frank Dritto. She was a devout Christian, who was very active with her church. Theresa was an incredibly selfless woman, who took it upon herself to help all she could. One of her favorite things to do was to drive around, delivering care packages that were filled with numerous helpful items, to those less fortunate. Theresa also loved to craft, was a wonderful woodcarver, and excelled at her crochet work. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Preceding Theresa in death is her loving husband of 33 years, Grover Clinton Turner; parents, Virginia and Frank Dritto; and daughter, Ann Blair.

Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Ginger Brooks and Rosita Lane; son, David Blair; numerous grandchildren; many members of extended family and friends, who she loved dearly.

Honoring Theresa as Pallbearers are James Johnson, Jim Russel, David Blair, Bobbie Turner, Sam Lemen, Race Lemen, and David Simmons.
