Wanda Jo (Green) Lambright

Wanda Jo Green Lambright, age 64 of Deweyville, Texas, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021 in Beaumont, Texas. Services to honor Wanda’s life will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at Deweyville United Pentecostal Church with Pastor Michael Orange officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Deweyville Cemetery. Family and friends will gather for a visitation from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Deweyville United Pentecostal Church. Dorman Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care and arrangements.

Wanda was born on September 23, 1957 in Orange, Texas to parents, Dorothy Eunice Dedon Green and Marvin T. Green, Sr. She had been a lifelong resident of Deweyville, Texas long time member of Deweyville United Pentecostal Church. Wanda enjoyed working with her wonderful coworkers at Bridge City Wal-Mart. She enjoyed watching reality TV shows, including the Bachelor, Survivor and Dancing with the Stars. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandbaby, Aiden Foster and great nephew, Oliver Sterling. Wanda will be greatly missed by all those she touched with her kindness and loving spirit.

She is preceded in death by her husband Roy Lambright, parents, Marvin T. Green, Sr. and Dorothy Eunice Hryhorchuk, step son Robert Fears, step brother Donnie Will and mother and father-in-law, Stoney and Mary Lambright.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Will Foster and Destiny of Denham Springs, LA, Jimmy Foster of Deweyville, TX, Michael Heath Prewitt of Deweyville, TX, step daughter Stephanie Orange and her husband Pastor Michael Orange of Deweyville, TX, brothers Travis Green of Deweyville, TX and Corey Green and his wife Catherine of Orangefield, TX, step brother Chad Will and his wife Danielle of Conroe, TX, sister Cindy Meyers and her husband Travis of Deweyville, TX, step mother Nancy Sprinkle and her husband Daniel of Vidor, TX, sister-in-law Michelle Gallier and her husband Eric of Deweyville, TX, brothers-in-law, Kenneth Lambright and his wife Debbie of Deweyville, TX and Brian Salter and his wife Diana of Deweyville, TX, three grandchildren; Aiden Foster, Cameron Orange and Landon Orange, nieces and nephews; Tristan Green, Tiffanie Green, Blaze Meyers, Jake Bean and Cruz Bean, her best friend that was like a sister to her, Kathy Green of Orange, TX, her grand dogs; Presley, Toby, Pepper and Max and many others that she loved dearly.

Pallbearers to honor Wanda will be Wesley Green, Mike Green, Ricky Green, Randy Green, Allen Green, Corey Green, Jason Gengo and Hunter Harvey. Honorary pallbearers will be Blaze Meyers and Tristan Green.
