Wavel Gwendolyn Terasita Borja Hebert, age 20, of Orange, Texas, transitioned from this life, into Heaven, to spend eternity with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Monday, September 13, 2021. Arrangements were entrusted to, Dorman Funeral Home.

Wavel was born in Port Arthur, Texas on Friday, August 31, 2001 to, Adam Lee Hebert and Misty Ann Hebert. A longtime resident of Orange, Texas and a graduate of, LCM High School, Class of 2020, Wavel was known and loved by many. A genuine person and a true daddy’s girl, she is and will always be loved. She spent countless hours with her daddy gamming, changing up their sometimes-elaborate hairstyles, archery, fishing, shooting guns and learning about life. She was a true lover of nature and saw beauty in everything. She was a very gifted and talented at everything she set her mind to. Art, crafts, eccentric make-up, computers and technology, digital imaging, gamming, science, music and sewing were just some of the things that she was talented at and enjoyed investing her time in.

Cooking was also one of her favorite activities that she excelled at. Although her food was usually always very spicy to everyone else, it was up there to her standard. She also spent some time in the Girl Scouts when she was younger and very much so enjoyed it.Wavel had a very dry sense of humor and loved using her dry sarcasm any chance that she saw it to be fit. Smart, genuine, beautiful, eccentric, witty, loving, daddy’s girl, kind soul and Christian, are just a few of the words that come to mind, when you think about sweet Wavel. Wavel was planning to continue her education to pursue her love of computer graphics and coding.

Wavel was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, friend and amazing artist, who will forever be loved and missed by all who knew her.

Those left to cherish her memory are;her loving father and mother, Adam Lee Hebert and Misty Ann Hebert; sister, Virginia Christine Garner; brother, Michael John Garner, Jr.; grandmother, Gwen Hebert, as well as grandparents, Walter E. and Lee Brashear.
